The writer of Lost has been brought onboard for the Xena Warrior Princess reboot. As someone who really did not enjoy Lost, I was bored after a couple of episodes with its sheer idiocy, I am not impressed with that choice.

I didn't even get that far.

{Ed001's Note - my then missus decided to persist with it, I saw one other episode, other than the first, and it had a polar bear in it. She was not impressed by me creasing up laughing and we ended up splitting up that night!}

Indeed. Since then I've been wary of tv shows hyped up as unmissable must watch. Partly why I've never watched breaking bad and I held off on game of thrones
