Ed003 has passed on this link: The Warriors to be remade

Apparently they are remaking one of my favourite ever films, The Warriors, as a TV show. I am not sure how I feel about that. Sometimes an updated classic can work out to be improved or at least an interesting angle can be cast upon it, but that is when the original is not one of my favourites. When it is a favourite, it usually just feels wrong to mess with it!

01 do you remember the wanderers? It used to be one of my favourite films as a kid I watched it a few years ago and it was bleedin awful lol

Remake, Big no for me, it'd certainly be interesting but I just can't see them beating the original, it was pure class! There's been talk about remaking all these old films and it's crazy, it's as if they've almost run out of fresh ideas.

I have seen some articles about the remake and it is kind of growing on me, but it better be brilliant or I will be unhappy.}
