If anyone wants an easy watch I suggest Elementary. It's Sherlock Holmes with a slight twist as Watson is female.
Normally I don't like change but gave it a go.
Its set in this decade and New York is the new home of Sherlock.

{Ed001's Note - and Watson is Lucy Liu which makes her very watchable. Very very watchable.}

Very much so edd 1 I've managed to watch 5 whole seasons in a month. I don't watch much TV but I've really taken to the show.
I've always liked Sherlock since being a kid but me being me I put of watching because Lucy liu playing Watson.
Big mistake on my part. I think she's put an excellent spin on the character.

{Ed001's Note - whereas I only watched it as she was in it and I have a thing for her. Not my favourite Sherlock interpretation but it is watchable. I do love the character Sherlock Holmes, I used to read the stories over and over as a kid.}

Lucy Lui. She was so hot in Lucky Number Sleven.

{Ed001's Note - her best was Payback with Mel Gibson when she was the dominatrix.}

Ah Payback, that was a bloody good film that Ed. But yeah she made the film much more exciting, my word.

I've not seen Elementary but may give it a go, I'm struggling to find good things to watch these days.

{Ed001's Note - give Castle Rock a wide berth, that was dire I thought. Mind I do not like Stephen King, bores me.}

Ah Ed tell me about it I don't like his stuff either but to be fair I'm not into horror kind of films at all, they all seem too similar lol.

Wow tell you what though, was looking at films from the 90's and 1994 was a fantastic year for films. The Shawshank Redemption, Pulp Fiction, Forest Gump, Leon, Interview with the vampire, dumb and dumber, true lies, legends of the fall, natural born killers, the crow, four weddings and a funeral and ace venture all released that year. I need a week or 2 off work and binge watch aload of the 90's films, was some right classics.

{Ed001's Note - I love The Crow, Natural Born Killers and True Lies, but the rest I would rather have my foreskin scraped with a cheesegrater than see again.

Oh sorry remove Leon from either list as I never got the chance to see it.}

Hahahaha! class mate, each to their own of course but the main ones I loved out of that list were The crow, what a bloody film that was, NBK, Pulp fiction, interview with the vampire and legends of the fall, the rest I liked but they were my favourites of the year I think.

Leon is a good film mate I would advise it but there again I'd of advised the other films so you may not like it mate lol.

Here's one for you mate, what was your top 3 films of the 90's? for me this is very difficult to choose because so many top films were made but I'd go with Heat, Boyz n the hood and maybe casino. Again it's difficult, special mentions to goodfellas, terminator 2, matrix, fight club, seven, reservoir dogs, saving private ryan etc my god the list could go on and on lol.
